Each additional person:
€ 12,-- to € 15,-- for children up to 15 years old
€ 17,-- to € 20,-- from 15 years on
Local tax: € 2,-- / person from 15 years/day
Final cleaning: € 35,-- to € 45,--

We reserve the apartment fixed after a deposit of € 30% of the reservation amount.
The account details will be sent to you with the reservation confirmation.

The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry AGBH 2006 cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
3 months - 1 month before arrival the cancellation costs are: 40% of the booking value
1 month - 1 week before arrival the cancellation costs are: 70% of the booking value
Within the last week and in case of early departure 100% of the booking value will be charged.
Money-back guarantee:
In case of border or hotel closure or lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
Cancellation protection: Not so seldom it comes differently than one thinks and the booked vacation must be cancelled or prematurely interrupted. We would like to save you the associated costs and trouble.
Therefore we recommend the conclusion of a hotel cancellation insurance of the Europäische Reiseversicherung (incl. free Covid coverage).
